Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them.
In a bowl, put the chopped tomatoes, the Chaumes and the ham.
Season with pepper and mix with the potatoes.
Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mold, pour the mixture on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
