Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C

Step 2

Dark the mold with the dough and cover it with baking paper

Step 3

Cook the dough for 20 minutes

Cut the salmon into small 2 cm cubes

Wash the leeks and mince them

Step 6

Sweat the split leeks in a casserole dish with olive oil and a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes
