Fry the chopped onion in a little oil, add the chopped garlic and leave for 30 seconds.
Add the ground chicken and let it cook. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and let it cook for 1 minute.
Add the chopped cabbage, chopped tomatoes with their juice and the stock, and let it simmer.
Add the beans and cook for 1 minute.
Off heat, add oregano, lime juice and season.
Place the tortillas on a surface and top with 2 slices of Monterey cheese.
Spread some of the chicken and vegetable mixture over the cheese, and roll up the tortilla.
Heat the burritos in the oven, and slice them before serving.
