Melt the butter in a pan
Cook the chicken white for about 10 minutes, making sure to turn it back in half cooking
Cut the chicken white into pieces of about 2 cm and put it aside
Grill the bacon dry in a pan for 10 minutes to make them crisp them in 2 cm pieces, place them on absorbent paper
Finely cut the flat parsley (or coriander) after washing it
Recover the flesh of the avocados then arrange it in the bowl of a robot
Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice
Add the cumin, the spicy sauce, the salt
Mix everything until you get a creamy mixture
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the parsley
Spread the center of each Guacamole wrap (the creamy mixture)
Place ¼ quarter of white chicken and ¼ of bacon over
Close the wrap and roll it up
Cut the wraps in 2 in the diagonal.
