Take your time to clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Use a knife to remove any damaged parts and stems. Use a kitchen brush to remove any dirt and set aside.
Peel the garlic and shallot, remove the sprouts if necessary and slice them.
In a sauté pan, melt butter and brown the shallot, garlic and parsley.
Add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
