Step 1

In a bowl, crush the ricotta with a fork. Put the olive oil and the chopped mint and basil leaves. Pepper and mix everything.

Step 2

Put the mixture on the bresaola slices in an equivalent way. Roll them on themselves.

Step 3

Present these rolls on a dish with a few arugula leaves.

Step 4

Serve fresh and sprinkle a lemon fillet at the last moment.
