Slice the onion and mushrooms.
Heat the oil and brown the onion.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the rice, stir until it becomes pearly.
Dilute the cube in hot water.
Add a ladle of broth, stir until absorbed, repeat.
When the rice is creamy and al dente (about 20 minutes), remove from the heat.
Add the cream cheese and mix well.
Season and sprinkle with herbs of your choice.
Let stand for 2 minutes then serve.
