Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper and a little olive oil to make a marinade.
Toss chicken strips in the marinade and rest 30 minutes.
Spread on a lined tray and roast 25–30 minutes, turning once, until browned.
Rest 5 minutes, slice and serve with yogurt or tahini sauce.
