Separate the whites and the egg yolks, then whisk the yolks with sugar and vanilla in a bowl
Add the oil and butter melted in a double boiler in the bowl and continue to whisk with an electric mixer
Add the milk to the preparation and mix
Sift the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate and pour into the bowl
Mix everything with a spatula until a smooth dough is obtained
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then incorporate into the dough
Divide the dough in two, making sure to add cocoa to one of the halves
Divide in a previously buttered pan
Be sure to alternate chocolate and vanilla
Use a wooden peak to create patterns in the cake
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C then at 160°C in 25 minutes.
