For 4 people
  
									Remove the tail from your figs and cut them in 4
  
									In a bowl, mix your figs with the gelling sugar
  
									Boil the whole in a jam bowl
  
									Cook for 7 minutes, making sure to stir frequently
  
									Take a cold plate and pour jam on it to check its consistency
  
									Scrung your jam before putting in pots
  
									Leave cool for some time before serving.
