Make a Mona Lisa cookie, mixing 2 whole eggs, almond powder and icing sugar in a thresho. Once the mixture has bleached, pour 15 grams of butter meter melted and cooled.
In a bowl, make a meringue with 2 egg whites beaten in snow and 10 grams of powdered sugar, then pour into the dough.
Add the flour to the mixture and spread the dough so obtained on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake the dough at 200°C for 10 minutes. Let cool and detail rectangles so as to have 4 coats of cookies for each cake.
