Add a little rum if you wish

Step 4

Beat the mixture using a mixer for 3 minutes. Thus, the dough will be lighter and lumps without lumps

Step 5

Let the pancake dough rest for at least 1 hour. Cover it with a clean cloth or a towel

Step 6

In the pan, pour a ladle of dough. Wait 3 minutes for cooking each pancake.
