Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mash the flesh of the banana with a fork

Pour the milk, the egg and mix

Add the oatmeal, chocolate chips, honey and baking powder, then mix well

Step 4

Place in a microwave oven for 3 minutes at full power

Step 5

Let cool before unmolding on a plate

Step 6
