Boil the milk and infuse the star anise.
Mix the ingredients dry in a bowl.
Add the eggs to the mixture before pouring the filtered milk and honey.
After working the dough, put it in a mold.
Preheat your oven to 160°C for 15 minutes before increasing the temperature to 180°C. The cooking time is about 30 minutes.
After cooling, unmolding and covering the bread with a cling film.
Leave it at least 24 hours before savoring it.
