Over very low heat, heat lactose -free milk and honey until the honey melts.
Mix the flours, spices, sugar, gluten -free yeast, baking soda and other ingredients in a bowl. Subsequently, add the eggs. By merging the whole, gradually pour the mixture of milk and honey. The objective is to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Oil a mold before baking for 40 minutes at 180°C.
