Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Take a pie pan and spread the shortcrust pastry in it.
Prick the bottom using a fork.
Store it in a refrigerator.
Meanwhile, peel the Golden apples and cut them into small slices. Do not forget to remove the core.
Place the apples on the dough.
To prepare the cream, take a bowl and whisk the eggs, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar to obtain a white mixture. Thereafter, add the flour, almond powder, liquid cream and mix everything.
Finally, pour the cream over the apples and bake your pie at 180°C for 30 minutes.
