									Peel the shallot and cut it into small pieces.
 
  
									In a large bowl (more practical), crumble the tuna and add the shallot.
 
  
									Sprinkle with the lemon juice, then add the cheese.
 
  
									Mix the preparation well until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
 
  
									Then pour a few drops of Tabasco and add a few pinches of salt. Keep cool.
 
  
									Grill the slices of sandwich bread. Put forks in the bowl, and serve an aperitif with well -grilled slices of sandwich bread.
