Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Reserve the whites in a bowl.
Pour the flour, a little salt and pepper in a large bowl. Dig a well. Pour the egg yolks, the melted butter and dilute with the milk while stirring. You should get a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Mount the egg whites in firm snow. Using a licker, gently incorporate them into the preparation. Add the grated cheese.
Heat the waffle iron and oil it. Pour a little waffle dough over the imprints. Cook for a few minutes until the waffles are golden. Repeat the operation until the dough is used up. Enjoy the waffles.
