Ingredients

Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Peel and cut the avocado in half and remove the nucleus. Finely crush the flesh with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Drain and peel the tomato. Cut it in 2 to remove the seeds and crush it.

Step 3

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and the white parts and then detail it into very small pieces.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the lemony avocado flesh, mayonnaise, diced tomatoes and pepper and finely chopped garlic clove.
