Take a piece of parchment paper. Wash the tomatoes, cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 slices and the cocktail tomatoes in 4 slices. Cut the diced candy lemon.
Remove the skin from the fish, then remove the edges. Place the salmon fillets on parchment paper. Arrange the tomatoes around and add the dill strands, coriander seeds, lemon and lemon candies, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper.
