Clean the mushrooms. Prick the white sausages.
In a pan, melt a piece of butter and brown the white sausages over low heat. Put them aside.
Deglaze the pan with the liquid cream.
Add the mushrooms, then salt and pepper.
Return the white sausages and simmer until the cream thickens a little.
Serve hot. Rice is a good support.
