Mix all the ingredients of the sauce (natural Greek yogurt, 30 milliliters of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of fresh chopped coriander, 1 tsp. C of cumin, 1 tsp. chopped garlic, 1 pinch of salt).
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the lemon juice with oil and salt. Add the chicken and leave to marinate until the oven has reached the cooking temperature.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven from 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut the chicken into strips.
Reheat the breads for a few seconds, then garnish with chicken, vegetables and sauce.
