Peel the onions, cut them in 2 and put them in a dish.
Peel the garlic, salt, pepper and sprinkle the meat with Provence herbs.
Add 2 glasses of water in the bottom of the dish then bake for 1h30.
Check the liquid level from time to time in the dish. Add water if necessary and do not forget to water the meat.
Cut the pork chest into slices.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
