Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips.
Chop the onion and cut the Montbéliard sausage into slices.
Brown in a pan with olive oil the bacon, the onion and the Montbéliard sausage slices.
Add the potatoes and let them cook without brown them.
Put them in a baking dish, cut the tartiflette cheese and place it on the potatoes.
Sprinkle them with the fresh cream EY bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
