Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Cut the potatoes and onions then throw them in a pot with olive oil.

Step 2

Let them cook for a few minutes then add mizuna.

Step 3

Mix everything and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add the broth, salt and put the Provence herbs.

Step 5

Stop the heat when the potatoes are cooked, add a drizzle of olive oil then mix everything.

Step 6

Serve.
