Peel the pineapple: cut the skin. Remove the remaining points well by inciting them.
Then cut the pineapple into relatively fine slices and place them on a plate. Pour the water and sugar into a saucepan and heat and stir until you get a syrup.
Add the turmeric and let reduce until you get a caramelized syrup. Don't let hey too long.
Sprinkle the pineapple slices with the syrup, put the plate in the refrigerator for a few minutes, and it's ready!
