Remove the hard heart from the cabbage and mince it.
Peel the carrots, remove the top and grate them.
Peel and chop the onion.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the onion and garlic.
When the onion and garlic are at the start of caramelization, add the spices and mix.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil and add the cabbage, the carrots and then cook for 5 minutes, mixing regularly.
Cover and cook while the cabbage has the desired texture and leave melting for 15 minutes.
Salt, pepper and serve.
