Mix the agar in 50 centilitres of almond milk and heat in a saucepan.
Pour the guar gum by mixing then bring to a boil for 30 seconds.
Add the rest of the milk, vanilla seeds and honey.
Integrate the lactic ferments and mix.
Pour the mixture in yogurt pots and put them in a yogurt maker for 8 hours.
Store cool for 4 hours and serve.
