Peel and cut the apples.
Melt the butter, add the apples of apples, cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes then add the brown sugar.
Caramelize for 10 minutes and add a little water.
Let cool, then pour the preparation into pots. Mix the yogurt with a little milk and the sugar, so that the preparation is homogeneous.
Add the rest of the milk, mix then pour into the pots. Put in a yogurt maker and activate.
Let cool and keep cool.
Serve.
