Directions

Step 1

Melt the butter for 1 minute in the microwave, then add the flour and stir.

Step 2

Bring the milk to a boil, and let it boil for a few moments.

Step 3

Pour the milk over the butter and flour mixture, then whisk. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Return everything to the microwave approximately 1 minute.

Step 5

Whisk before serving.
