Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then steam them for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to a pan and then add the potatoes.
Brown them for about 10 minutes then add the bacon.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, season lightly with salt and pepper. Then add them to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds.
Cook your omelet to your liking. Serve hot.
