Slice the onion and brown it in olive oil, then add the rice and stir.
Once the rice has become translucent, pour in the white wine and stir until it evaporates, then pour in a ladle of broth and stir until absorbed.
Repeat until the broth is used up.
Add the cream, parmesan, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Serve sprinkled with curry and parsley.
