Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Slice the onion and brown it in olive oil, then add the rice and stir.

Step 2

Repeat until the broth is used up.

Step 4

Add the cream, parmesan, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.

Step 5
