Coat the pie dish with butter and sprinkle the inside with seeds.
Spread the dough in the mold, making sure it adheres to the edges, then place it in the freezer. Next, preheat the oven to 200°C.
Add the peas and chopped shallot to boiling salted water. Let them cook for 5 minutes, then plunge them into ice water to cool.
In a bowl, combine the yogurts, eggs, and Monin cooking mix. Then, stir in the peas and shallot. Pour everything over the batter and evenly distribute the Brillat Savarin cubes on top.
Place in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 180°C, then cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
