Work the bread dough, with a spoonful of oil, then let stand.
Slice the onions and cook them in a frying pan. Salt, pepper, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Fill a mold with the dough. And cover the bottom of the latter with the bacon slices.
Beat the egg and the crème fraîche, season and mix with the onions, then pour everything on the pie.
Cook in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Serve.
