Start by cooking the potatoes in salted water, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Place them in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Then add cubes of maasdam or another medium-sized cheese, along with a few spoonfuls of crème fraîche.
Finally, bake everything in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes before serving hot.
