Cook the potatoes in the oven at 150°C for 45 minutes.
Peel the onions and cut them into small dice then crush the garlic.
Melt the onions in the butter with the garlic.
Cover with broth and let it cove.
Cut a lid in each terracotta potato and obvious.
Mix the potato flesh with the onions and the crèmefraîche.
Salt, pepper and pass the mixture to the potatoes.
Mix the puree obtained with the chopped chives and garnish the potatoes.
Reheat for 10 minutes in the oven.
Serve.
