Directions

Step 1

Start by heating the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, mushrooms and garlic for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Add the wild rice and chicken broth, season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for 45 minutes. After cooking, add the chopped parsley.
