In a pan, brown the chopped shallot in the butter.
Stir in the chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the truffle pieces and mascarpone and season with salt and pepper.
Boil the pasta, then place it on top of the sauce.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix.
Decorate with sliced truffles and serve.
