Start by preparing the sauce by frying a chopped onion in a pan with oil, then add chopped tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak some bread in milk and chop some wild boar meat.
Mix the meat with an egg, a second peeled onion and garlic, parsley, coriander and the bread soaked in milk.
Form into balls and let them rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Brown the meatballs in a pan with oil, then add the tomato sauce and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped basil and serve piping hot.
