Boil the bacon for 2 minutes in water.
Cook the meat in oil for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
Remove the meat and set aside.
In the same pan, sweat the onions, add the bacon, sugar, and garlic. Mix, then pour in the wine.
Place the meat in a casserole dish, then add the contents of the pan, the crushed tomatoes and the bay leaves.
Mix the flour with a little water and add the broth.
Pour everything over the meat and cook for two hours.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
