Before you begin, preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, squeeze a lemon and mix its juice with olive oil, salt and pepper.
The second lemon should be washed and cut into slices.
Place the sea bream in a baking dish, make a few incisions in the fish, and insert lemon slices. Add bay leaves and more lemon slices inside the sea bream. Drizzle everything with the olive oil and lemon juice mixture and sprinkle with sage leaves.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes and serve warm.
