Take a bowl, put the flour, salt and yeast in it. Mix everything together and make a well.
Take another bowl, whisk the milk with the eggs and melted butter, then pour everything into the well. Knead and let it rest for an hour.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Drain the canned tuna. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan to brown the onion.
Add the chopped tomatoes, chili pepper, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and add the tuna, then mix again.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut out small circles.
Place a teaspoon of the filling on one side of each circle and fold the other side over. Press with a fork to seal the edges.
Heat sunflower oil in a saucepan and fry the tuna pastels for 5 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce as a side dish.
