Start by finely chopping an onion, then brown it in the pre-oiled multicooker bowl in Risotto mode (or equivalent).
Then add the rice and mix it with the onion. Pour in the wine and let it cook until absorbed.
Pour the vegetable stock over it and simmer until the rice is cooked through.
Off the heat, add the cream and Parmesan to the rice, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Let stand for a few minutes covered before serving hot on plates and sprinkling with dried beef shavings.
