To begin, prepare the marinade by combining oil, honey, soy sauce, and mustard in a large, shallow dish. Add lemon juice and chopped garlic, then mix well.
Remove the skin from the drumsticks and place them in the dish containing the marinade, coating them well. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Remove the film and bake the drumsticks for 40 minutes, turning them several times.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
