To defrost scallops, you can microwave them for about 10 minutes per 500g or leave them uncovered for an hour.
In a pan, add the chopped shallot, fish stock, wine, raisins and spices and simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add the cream and scallops, stir occasionally and cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
After 20 to 25 minutes, check if it is ready by tasting and enjoy.
