Cook 1 kg of potatoes (firm flesh) in water.
Peel them, then cut them into cubes.
Once cooled, mix them with 1 large box of drained and crumbled tuna, 1 boot of pink radishes, 5 pickles and 2 new iced onions.
Season with 200 grams of cottage cheese, 1 tsp. to s. olive oil, 1 tsp. to s. lemon juice, salt and pepper.
