									Dilute the yeast in a little water at 30°C.
 
  
									In a large bowl: place the flour. Pour the water on the flour then add the salt.
 
  
									First kneading for 5 minutes. Mix the ingredients, the dough should be homogeneous. If it is too dry add a little water, if it is too sticky add flour.
 
  
									Second kneading for 5 minutes. Pour the yeast diluted into water over the dough and knead.
 
  
									Let stand 30 minutes at 25°C.
 
  
									Third kneading for 3 minutes. Form a ball.
 
  
									Let it stand for another 1 hour in a bowl covered with a cloth. Flour. The dough should rise.
 
  
									Heat the oven at 250°C, then place a bowl of water in the oven.
 
  
									Make a shallow cut on top of the ball and bake for 45 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180°C after 25 minutes.
 
  
									Let cool well before consuming.
