Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt butter in a pan
Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl, then dig a well in the middle
Beat whole eggs and sugar in a bowl using a whisk and only stop the bleached mixture once
Add the melted butter to this preparation and mix well
Pour the mixture of butter, eggs and sugar into the well and mix gently until a smooth paste is obtained
Roll the raisins in the flour, then incorporate into the dough with the raspberries
Pour the preparation into a mold
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
