Preheat your oven to 180°C
Mix the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl
Whisk the mixture until it whitens
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then incorporate it into the mass of eggs
Add the flour, then pour the whole preparation into ramekins
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Once cooked, take out the softness, unmold it, sprinkle with icing sugar, and serve.
