Preheat your oven to 180°C
Melt the pastry chocolates in a saucepan over low heat
Mix the almond powder, icing sugar and melted chocolate in a bowl
Beat the egg whites and the salt in snow until you get a smooth dough, then incorporate into the previous preparation
Do not stop mixing until a sandy texture is obtained
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the piles of dough using a teaspoon
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, take off and let cool on the gate
Work the butters and chocolates with a fork to obtain a homogeneous texture, then spread on the macaroons with a layer of buttercream.
